yesterday is saturday! =)

yesterday...things were boring until i decided to follow my family out to dinner. again we had our dinner at Food Foundry in Seksyen 17, Petaling Jaya...this time, i know the way there already -grins- after dinner...we went to The Curve. parked the car over at IKEA. below is what i had for dinner, with hot peppermint tea, and also a slice of chocolate mille crepe. as my dad...was still not full of his dinner at foundry, we had to accompany him to...2nd round dinner. lol. yeah, 2nd round. where i only managed to gulp down a cup of orange juice.

ok, here's the illustration that slightly fits to the description of the place where we were sitting in. looks like a japanese restaurant's settings for seats right? -smiles-

but what i can tell u is, its not a japanese restaurant that we're in. the name of this place, i blogged about it before in my previous post at my xangan blog: cheesatouille. =D later it will be revealed. no worries.

erm. this looks kinda normal right. like something u can get almost everywhere especially in Penang. any idea about the place now? =) yup. this is Assam Laksa. this is what my dad and sis had for the 2nd round dinner last night. and they claim that it was good. and really nice. again they have the prawn paste for u to customise to ur own tastes...
hmm. red bean paste with mini sagos. my mom's favorite. i personally dislike bean products and food so i've got not much to comment about this. but according to my mom it tasted fine as well. y don't u give it a try? later will reveal the place.

and on the right, is the cup of orange juice i had. pretty big
glass aeh? =) this tasted fantastic! although it has alot of ice cubes in it, so probably next time should ask them to lessen the amount of ice. i think they mixed apple juice in it too, not too much so that it didn't take over the taste of orange. but. all in all. its great.

ohh, anddd. this is what we got to be ''illegally transported'' into the cinema latter. well, cos the snacks sold in the cineplex were not as nice as these =I its called pop ikan. like the normal keropok ikan but this, its not as oily and it doesn't stink that much. which made it unique at all.

OKOK. this is the place! Ah Cheng Laksa. the same place i wrote about but it was in summit USJ. but this place is more of a decent restaurant, its more cozy and ofcourse more pricey. the food as well. but the quality is there so u be the judges k =).
so yeah. its in The Curve. its at the Lower Ground Floor. Lot LG9.go try! =)

after the dinner. we went and watch Perfect Stranger, at Cathay Cineplex, starring Halle Berry...and Bruce Willis. the movie...was OK, but boring. the storyline is very good. willis was sexy and berry was...not outstanding at all. prolly that was why it was boring, it could've been better.

the movie ended at 11pm ++ so, its late. see how empty was the mall?and......the carpark as well?

yup it felt as if the whole place was ours. but it was kinda creepy as well >_<. hehe.

4 surprises!:
